What time do I need to arrive?

Thirty minutes prior is usually best, in order to get parked and over to the entrance.

Where exactly does it happen?

At the Hospital's entrance on 7th Ave, there will be opening remarks in the lobby, and then we'll move outside to take the cover off of the car.

What if there's rain?

The time may get changed or we may postpone the event.
